CININNATI, O., December 28. — A new gas company is to be organized in the city, composed of Hon. George Hoadley, Edgar M. Johnson, Isaac Mack, Albert Netter and Danl Hemingray. It will be incorporated with a large capital — [dollar:$2,000,000] — and will manufacture coal gas. The new company proposes to make matters lively for the old gas company, and as they are all men of wealth and influence will receive the proper support from the com­munity.
