FLINT AND GREEN DELEGATES. The Atlantic City Delegates.
There is no question but what the coming A. F. G. W. U. convention at Atlantic City will vote to do away with the biannual convention practice, and set the next convention for 1902. Two years has been found too long an interim between conventions, owing to the vast changes going on in the trade.
