TO LOUISVILLE

To attend the Elks' carnival in Louisville, the following Muncie Elks departed this afternoon: Charles Emerson, secretary of the local carnival committee; Hal Kimbrough, director of lights; Ed Clark and F. L. Wachtell, members of the executive committee, and Ralph Hemingray. The party will be chaperoned by Mr. Hemingray.
