A CALICO BALL.

For the aid of the Free Kindergarten association the Young Woman's auxiliary will give a calico ball in the new Red Men’s building next Friday night. The dance which will be unique in all its appointments promises to be a very enjoyable affair. The guests will come in calico and negligee. Even the older couples are asked to lay aside their dignity and come dressed in costumes and join in the dance program which will include waltzes, two-steps, quadrilles and Virginia reels. Unique dance programs will be given as favors and the entire hall will be trimmed for the occasion. De Ember Tribe of Red Men have donated the use of the hall and Mr. and Mrs. Will Thomas who will furnish the music for dancing will also donate their services. The ways and means committee, composed of Miss Emily Olcott, Huda Smith, Mayme Johnson, Lewellyn Hemingray, Clara Gill and Louise Phinney will receive the guests. Miss Agnes Howe and Maud Brownell have charge of the program.
