On the ground that his wife, formerly Miss Sue Hemingray, a society leader of Muncie, had no permanent resi­dence in Kokomo, Davey Cusick, the Kokomo polo player, says he will bring action to have the decree set aside. He drew inspiration from the action of the prosecutor there in another case not dissimilar. Cusick was very much chagrined when his wife’s bank roll was taken from him.
