RANDOM NOTES

A dinner in honor of Mr. R. J. Lewis, the groom-elect for November 7, will be given at the Queen City Club November 2. Besides the guest of honor there will be Mr. John McC. Gibson, who is to be his best man: Messrs. Frank D. Goodhue, Edmund Miller, Cliff Penn and Frank Mitchell, who will usher at the wedding: Messrs. Dan Hemingray, John Gales, James Gates, Perin Langdon, Samuel Early, and Mr. Everett Halsey, of Newark, N. J. As Mr. Lewis is already a member of the Thirteen Club, he will have no superstition relative to the same number at his dinner.
