SENTENCE


Samuel Stanley Faces City

Court Charges.

 

Samuel Stanley, 1314 West Fifth St., was fined [dollar:$10] and costs, totaling [dollar:$20]. and was sentenced to 30 days in jail when he was found guilty in city court Friday of the charge of disturbing a public meet­ing. The charge was filed by Dewey Hole, park superintendent.

Stanley was charged with having made a disturbance at a motion pic­ture program in Rose Park, by talk­ing and laughing loudly, behaving rudely and by using profane lan­guage. He was found not guilty of a charge of public indecency.

Bottles Taken.

Clinton Vanskay and Victor Mc­Clellan, charged with petit larceny, were each fined [dollar:$10] and costs, total­ing [dollar:$22], and were sentenced to 30 days In Jail when they were found guilty. Both were charged with the theft of bottles from the Hemingray Glass Company.

Charge of intoxication and as­sault and battery pending against Charles Franks were dismissed. The charges had been preferred by Al­bert Anderson
