Dissolution.
THE FIRM OF GRAY, HEMINGRAY & BRO. was dissolved on the 1st day of January 1864, by the death of Ralph Gray.
Copartnership Notice.
On the 1st day of January, 1864, a Copartnership was founded under the name of Hemingray, Brothers & Co., who are authorized to settle the business of the old firm.
