THE PARTNERSHIP HERETOFORE existing under the name of HEMINGRAY, BROS. & CO., was dissolved January 1, 1867, by the death of SAMUEL J. HEMINGRAY.
The undersigned will continue the manufacturing business under the style of R. HEMINGRAY & CO., who are authorized to settle the business of the old firm.
