Dissolution.

THE COPARTNERSHIP HERETOFORE existing under the firm name of R. HEMINGRAY & CO., was dissolved by mutual consent, on the 5th inst. The Hemingray Glass Company assumes the liabilities, and is alone authorized to settle the claims of the late firm.

CORPORATION -- THE HEMINGRAY Glass Company, organized April 5, 1870, under the auspices of the late firm of R. Hemingray & Co., will continue the manufacturing business with increased facilities. Their warehouse and sales-room will remain at the old stand, No. 68 Walnust street. "HEMINGRAY GLASS COMPANY." Cincinnati, O., April, 1870.
