POLICE COURT. — The charge of petit larceny against Ed. Moore was changed to vagrancy, for which be was sent up for the next twenty days.

John Richter and R. S. Dunn were each fined one dollar and costs for drunkenness.

A. Hackman and John Hiltz, charged with breach of the peace, had their cases continued un­til to-day.

In the Circuit Court yesterday, judgment for $462.45 was rendered in the case or J. H. Reinke against Jos. Rusche. The cases of Henry Moss against William Mackoy, Hemingray Glass Com­pany against William Wilkie, Klosterman & Brinker against Bueter, were dismissed settled.

Thieves entered the millinery store of Mrs. J. Odenthal, No. 216 Pike street, at an early hour yesterday morning, by prying open a rear shutter. A large and valuable quantity or feathers, ribbons and other material used in the millinery business was taken.

W. A. Carlisle qualified yesterday as Assessor Pugh’s County Deputy
