THE days of free blue lick water hereabouts are nearly numbered. An enterprising business firm is making arrangements for the purpose of leasing ground and the right to the water from the Messrs. Hemingray, and, it is said, will endeavor to set a popular establishment, dealing in blue lick for its medical qualities. A large blue lick bath-house is to be a feature of the enterprise.
