COLONEL HEMINGRAY, SAH! — It is Colonel Ralph G. Hemingray now. Governor Knott is responsible for it. He wanted to show his appreciation of the good people of Covington, and did it very appropriately by appointing Colonel Hemingray on his staff as Aide-de-camp.
