The Hemingray Will.

The will of the late Robert Hemingray was probated in the County Court yesterday. By request of the family, none of the provisions of the will are made known to the public. The record shows that the will was probated upon the testimony of R. P. Ernst and James E. Minor. A codicil is attached, signed by deceased and witnessed by Edgar Evans. Robert C., Ralph G. and Daniel Hemingray are named as executors and trustees, but, owing to the illness of Robert C. Hemingray, he was unable to qualify. Ralph G. and Daniel C. Hemingray qualified without bond.
