Robert C. Hemingray was tried in the Circuit Court last evening on a writ of lunacy and declared to be of unsound mind. Daniel Hemingray was appointed a committee to care for his affairs. Mr. Hemingray is a son of the late Robert Hemingray, Sr., and a member of the firm of Hemingray & Co., glass manufacturers. He was born in Covington, where he lived until the removal of the glass factory to Muncie, Ind.
