Will Be Enlarged.

The machinery is now on the road for the Opalescent Glass Works. In conversation with Mr. Henry, the gentlemanly proprietor of the works, we learn that the capacity of the plant will be doubled in the near future. He will start in with ten pots this fall but next spring ten pots more will be added. An additional building will be erected, probably yet this fall, to make room for the additional furnace and leer. This building will also be constructed of brick. For the present the product of the factory will be confined to colored window glass, such as is used in churches and cathedrals, and to electric insulators. Other lines of goods will be added later. The works will be in operation by October 1st.
