IT appearing to my satisfaction that R. B. Bullock, President of the Southern Porcelain Manufacturing Company, and Wm. Craig, President of "Bath Paper Mills Company," Defendants in the above cause, are absent from and reside beyond the limits of the State, It is on motion by Mr. W. W. ADAMS, Complainant's Solicitor, Ordered that the said Defendants do appear and plead, answer or demur to this Bill within forty days from the publication hereof, or in default thereof, a decree pro confesso will be rendered against them.
