Shinkle Case

Kenton Circuit Judge Tracy late Tuesday sustained motion for new trial in case of Covington against Mary H. Shinkle as ad­ministratrix of estate of late Brad­ford Shinkle, involving legal res­idence of the deceased.

Verdict for city was recently won by Stephens L. Blakely, in­volving about [dollar:$150,000], alleged due for delinquent taxes.
