Wed Next Fall

The engagement of Miss Ann Shinkle, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. Clifford Shinkle, to Sylvester Dorsel, son of Mr. and Mrs. S. J. Dorsel of Myrtle-av, was announced Sunday night at a supper party at the Shinkle home.

Miss Shinkle completed her educa­tion at a finishing school in Rome and made her debut at a ball given by her maternal grandmother, Mrs. A. Howard Hinkle.

Her family long has been prominent in social and financial affairs of Cincinnati. Her father is president of the Fourth and Central Trust Co. and president of the Cincinnati-Covington Bridge Co.

Mr. Dorsel is a graduate of Dart­mouth College and is established in business in Cincinnati.

The wedding is expected to take place in the fall.
