KENTON COUNTY COURT, KENTUCKY. Robert Hemingray and Conway T. Hemingray, plaintiffs, against Ralph G. Hemingray, et. al., defendants. Equity. No. 7182. By virtue of a judgment and order of sale of the Kenton Circuit Court, rendered June 6, 1904, in the above cause, I shall proceed to offer for sale, at the Courthouse door, in Covington, to the highest bidder, at public auction, on WEDNESDAY, the 22d day of June, 1904, at 10 o’clock a. m., upon a credit of four (4), eight (8) and twelve (12) months, the following property, to wit: All that parcel of land situate in the City of Covington, Kenton County, Ky., and described as follows: Lot 78 and 8 1/2 feet off the south side of Lot 79, on the original plat of the City of Covington, Ky., bounded thus: Beginning at the northwest corner of Garrard-st. and the alley which lies midway between Second and Third-sts. in said city; thence along the west side of Garrard-st, northwardly 66 feet; thence at right angles westwardly 190 feet to a 16-foot alley; thence at right angles southwardly along the east side of said alley 56 feet to the alley first above mentioned; thence at right angles eastwardly along the north line of said alley 190 feet to the beginning, being the same property conveyed to Robert Hemingray by Benjamin Hamans, Jr., and wife, by deed dated the 11th day of July, 1868, and duly recorded in Deed Book No. 18, Page 224, of the records of Kenton County, at Covington. Also, all that parcel of land in Covington, Kenton County, Ky., known as Lot No. 213, as laid down on Kennedy’s recorded map of Foote’s addition to said city. Said lot is bounded thus: Beginning at a point in the east line of Garrard-st, 200 feet south of Seventh-st,; thence running south with Garrard-st. 50 feet; thence at right angles eastwardly 190 feet more or less to an alley; thence north with said alley 50 feet; thence at right angles westwardly 100 feet more or less to the beginning, containing frame cottage thereon, being a part of the same property conveyed to said Robert Hemingray by Jas. T. Allen and wife, by deed dated the 11th day of August, 1868, and recorded in Deed Book No. 19, Page 4, of the records of Kenton County, at Covington. Also, the following described real estate, situate in the town of South Covington, Kenton County, State of Kentucky, and known as Lots Nos. 337 and 338, in Sehon's subdivision of lots in South Covington, being the same property conveyed to said Robert Hemingray by Henry David and wife, by deed dated the 19th day of November, 1857, and duly recorded in Deed Book No. 30, Pages 385 and 386 of the records of Kenton County, at Independence office. For the purchase price, the purchaser, with approved surety or sureties, must execute bond, bearing legal interest from the day of sale, according to law.
