MORGAN BEACH LAND SUIN [sic] SUIT
TO BE CONCLUDED TODAY
Special to the EVENING NEWS.
New Brunswick, Jan. 19. — The case on before Judge Frank T. Lloyd and a Jury to determine ownership of about fifteen acres of land between Morgan and Cheesequake creek, known as Morgan Beach, will probably be concluded this afternoon. The suit was instituted by Archibald H. Rowan and others, represented by Collins & Corbin, against William A. Mundy and others, who are represented by F. M. P. Pearse. It is expected that the case will consume the greater part of the day.
Case No. 16 on the supreme court list, that of Asbury Fountain and others against the Brookfield Glass Company, having been marked ready, will probably be started before Judge Lloyd tomorrow morning. The plaintiffs are represented by Russel E. Watson and John A. Coan. Charles R. Hose appears as counsel for the defendant company.
