A dispatch from Muncie, Ind., to the Indianapolis "News," under date of September 14th, says: "Ball Bros. have about half their plant running, and the remainder will be put in operation as soon as sufficient repairs have been made. Many improvements have been made here during the summer months, and the capacity has been enlarged one-third. At Hemingray's already 400 men are at work. They expect a good season."
