TRUCK STRIKES MAN;

INJURIES ARE SLIGHT

George Stickler, age 65, 729 West Tenth Street, was slightly injured Monday morning when he was knocked down by a truck while walk­ing across Macedonia Avenue at Ninth Street. The truck was driven by W. W. Shepherd, an employe of the Taggart Baking Company, of Ander­son.

Stickler was on his way to the Hemingray Glass Company, where he is employed, when the accident occurred. He was taken to the Home Hospital.
