THE Owens-Illinois Glass Com­pany, which recently bought the Hemingray Glass Com­pany here, has received several fairly nice orders for its nine plants sharing in the beer bottle business. Let's see — there are 29,000,000 bot­tles for Anheuser-Busch, 15,000,000 for Rainier Brewing Company, 21,600,000 for the Los Angeles Brewing Company, and 14,000,000 for the General Storage and Products Com­pany. Then there was another, though hardly large enough to men­tion, being for only 4,320,000 bottles, from Buckeye Products.
