DANGLER IS ARRAIGNED.

John E. Dangler, arrested a few days ago at the Hemingray glass plant by Deputy Sheriff Malachi Swift on a charge of failure to pro­vide for his children, was arraigned before Judge Thompson in circuit court Friday morning. He entered a plea of not guilty and the court fix­ed his bond at [dollar:$500]. Dangler was un­able to give the bond at that time and went back to jail.
