The old Hemingray glassworks have shut down after fullfilling it's insulator contract

GLASS WORKS SHUT DOWN.

The old Hemingray Glass Works at the foot at Madison avenue, Covington, which has been in operation for several months past on a big contract for the manufacture of insulators for telegraph and telephone wires, has closed down, the work having been completed. A number of workmen left yesterday for Muncie, Ind., to secure work in a big glass manufactory in that city.
