An authenticated copy of the will of Richard G. Evans, which was probated in Pittsburg, was re­corded in the County Court yes­terday. The testator bequeathed 245 shares of the Hemingray Glass Co. and 500 shares of the H. J. Heinz Co. to his daughter, Mary Louise Evans, and the rest of his property to his wife, Mary Lee Evans.
