ARE ELECTED DIRECTORS

At the annual meeting of the stock­holders of the Western Reserve Life Insurance Company last evening, reports were read on the business for the past year, which showed a net in­crease of $100,000. J. Harve Leffler and J. D. Miltenberger were re-elected directors, and J. Lloyd Kimbrough, general manager of the Indiana Bridge Company, and P. W. McAbee, general manager of the Hemingray Glass Company, were the two new members elected. Other directors are J. W. Dragoo, M. A. Cunningham of Selma, Eli Hoover, H. H. Orr, C. O. Prutzman of Indianapolis, Dr. L. L. Ball and C. L. Kirk, president of the Indianapolis Gas Company.
