Before Referee

In the matter of the lien of the Hemingray Company against James M. Rude for a claim of $5500 alleged to be due for rent arguments were heard Monday by Referee in Bank­ruptcy Durrett at the Government Building, Covington. It is alleged that out of 750 boxes of tin on which Hemingray had the lien, a number had been emptied. The case was continued.
