HEMINGRAY LIEN Arguments Made in the Matter Before Referee In the matter of the lien of the Hemingray Company against James M. Rude for a claim of $5500 alleged to be due for rent arguments were heard Monday by Referee in Bankruptcy Durrett at the Government Building, Covington. It is alleged that out of 750 boxes of tin on which Hemingray had the lien, a number had been emptied. The case was continued. |
