Hemingray Will

 

By terms of his will, admitted to probate in Kenton County Court in Covington, Wednesday, Daniel C. Hemingray, who conducted a glass company in Covington, his entire estate is left to his widow, Clara Hemingray. The testator died in the latter part of 1911, leaving a will under date of July 17 of that year. The estate is placed in trust of A. C. Shinkle, W. E. Evans, and R. G. Hemingray, the present officers of the Hemingray Glass company, who are to act as executors. Upon the widow's death, R. G. Hemingray becomes heir to the estate in possession of the trustees. In the event of his death, his heirs are to receive it.
