A prettier party has not been given this season than the German under the auspices of the members of the Eleven club at Heath's hall last evening. No economy on time, trouble or money had been made to make it what it was — charming. The German was led by Mr. R. E. Walker and Mr. P. R. Janney. At the favor table, Mrs. L. L. Turner and Mrs. Edward Olcott presided. Mrs. J. E. Durham chaperoned the party. All kinds of comical and unique ideas were executed in the production of the favors, which were daintily arranged on the large favor-table in one corner of the room, making a pretty effect.

A luncheon was served during the evening by Hummel, the caterer. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Evans, Mr. and Mrs. Powers, Miss Florence McNaughton, Miss Bessie Ellis, Miss Josephine Gray, Miss Emily Olcott, Miss Fannie Turner, Miss Helen Hickman, Miss Llewellyn Hemingray, Miss Clara Gill, Miss Agnes Howe, Miss Clarissa Koons, Miss Edna Boyce, Miss Sarah Kirby, Miss Nellie Wilson, Miss Charlotte Bishop, Miss Wiles of Dayton, O., Miss Reed of Rochester, N. Y., Miss LaForce of Bedford, Mr. R. E. Walker, Mr. Waller Howe, Mr. Karl Oesterle, Mr. P. H. Janney, Mr. Walter McNaughton, Mr. John McNaughton, Mr. Will Myers, Mr. Henry Greyer, Mr. Gengin, Mr. Robt Lytle, Mr. Tom Ryan, Mr. Bert Ream, Mr. Fred Gass, Mr. Fred Lesh, Mr. Charles Gill, Mr. Jas. Hamlin of Chicago, guest of Mr. Karl Oesterle.
