In honor of Miss Field, of Chicago, Miss Taylor, of Indianapolis, Miss Reid, of Rochester, N. Y., and Miss Daniels, of Dayton, O., a party of ladies and gentlemen were entertained by witnessing the polo game in the ear­lier part of the evening, then later their host and hoetess, Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Evans, gave a dance at the Country club, where they were served to a fine luncheon. It was a jolly affair, each and every guest having the best kind of a time. In the wee small hours of the morning they were conveyed to their homes in cabs. The other guests were Miss Florence McNaughton, Miss Emily Olcott, Miss Fannie Turner, Miss Bessie Ellis, Miss Edith Kirby, Miss Sarah Kirby, Miss Carroll Hemingray, Miss Llewellyn Hemingray, Miss Josephine Grey, Miss Cora Emerson, Miss Helen Hickman, Miss Clara Gill, Mr. Jay Lee Turner, Mr. Will Myers, Mr. Walter Baker, Mr. Bert Scott, Mr. Robert Walker, Mr. John McNaughton, Mr. Walter McNaughton, Walter Howe, Mr. Charles Gill, Mr. Arthur Cassady, Mr. Karl Oesterle, Mr. Fred Georgia, Mr. P. R. Janney, Mr. and Mrs. J. Ed­gar Johnson.
