NO CHANGES WERE MADE.
The insulator conference held in Covington, Ky., last week resulted in no change being made. The manufacturers were represented by Messrs. Ralph and D. Hemingray, of Muncie, Ind., and Messrs. Sullivan and Shinkle. Three propositions were submitted by the workers and after some discussion were rejected by the manufacturers' representatives.
