Hemingray was one of the first in Muncie to resume and will now shut down until more work is available

The Hemingray Glass Company was the first of Muncie glass manufacturies to resume operations after the enforced idleness of last summer and fall. They worked steadily until last Saturday when the men were all paid in full and told that there would be no work for them for awhile. Just how long this shut down will last cannot be definitely stated, but it is hoped that it will be of short duration.
