Dennis Collins was fined $10.05 on the charge of assault and battery preferred by James Gillenwater. Gillenwater is Sunday watchman at the Hemingray glass works. Sunday, Collins and a couple other glass blowers were having sport with some of Ralph Hemingray's game chickens, and Gillenwater interfered. Collins smashed the watchman with a brick and was soon taking a ride in the patrol wagon.
