COVINGTON.

Bad whisky was the cause of several rows on Second street, near Scott, yesterday afternoon. In one of those melees James Manoy cut Mike McBreen on the forehead with a knife, inflicting quite a severe wound. Manoy made his escape to Cincinnati. McBreen works at the Covington glass-works.
