Miss Hemingray gave a card party for Miss Strong

CARD PARTY

In honor of her guest Miss Strong, of Terre Haute, Miss Hemingray gave a delightful card party at the home of the Country club yesterday morning. The game was progressive euchre. After an interesting game it was announced that Mrs. Platt, of Covington, Ky., was the winner of the first prize, a handsome clock; Miss Bower, the second, a china letter receiver; Miss Cassady the third, a wedgewood pitcher, all for games. For lone hands, Mrs. DuVal Brown received a picture frame.

The score cards were attended to by Miss Ann Evans and Miss Florence Ream. A delightful luncheon was served.
