MUNCIE, IND.

By Walt Claspell.

Conditions at the Hemingray Glass Co. remain about the same, lots of orders with hardly any stock on hand.

All the brothers are working full time except the sick ones.

Brothers Cecil Purvus and Oscar Morrison are on the sick list.

Brothers Joe Love and Fred Giltner have new daughters.

Brother Chris Carmichael is trying to save all his money this fire. He even borrowed a quarter to buy a pocketbook.

The brothers are wondering why Brother Russell Carmichael bought a bale of hay, the only animal he has to feed is a canary bird.

When a nut off of a machine got so hot that Brother John Bushoir could hold it in his hand no longer, he put it in his mouth. He's from Switzerland.

We are glad to see in the Flint that Brother Rip Stilton, of Local Union No. 40, has a new line and hooks to catch fish with. He used to jump in the White river and try to catch them with his hands when he belonged to "23".
