RESTRAINING ORDER

SOUGHT IN ACTION

Suit to restrain Charles A. McGonagle and J. Monroe Pitch from interfering with the removal of pipe lines and gas well equipment from a farm in Delaware Township, was filed in circuit court, Friday, by John H. Krohn.

The complaint charged that on July 15, 1907, Krohn purchased the gas well equipment and pipe line and rights to the gas well, from John S. and William F. Krohn, and the Hemingray Glass Company. The gas was subsequently pped [sic] piped to Mr. Krohn’s residence, and recently when he sought to remove the equipment, McGonagle and Fitch, he says, told him to "keep off."

They are owners of the property on which the well is situated, but Krohn contends they have no interest in the gas well or pipe lines. He asks an injunction to permit him to dig up his pipelines.
