INDUSTRIAL GASES HEARD BY YERGIN Compensation Sought by Five Persons
Five industrial compensation cases were heard by Horace G. Yergin, Newcastle attorney, representing the State Industrial Board, in the commissioner’s courtroom at the court house Wednesday morning. Two more Wednesday afternoon were to complete the hearing. The five in which evidence was given in the morning were, Nahor Cade vs. Machinists Foundry; Arthur Acker vs. the Indiana Foundry Corporation; John S. Hinds vs. the Indiana Steel and Wire Company; George R. Thompson vs. the Ball Brothers Glass Manufacturing Company and William E. Duncan vs. the Muncie Products Corporation. Wednesday afternoon Mr. Yergin heard evidence in the cases of Leonard Morgason vs. the Muncie Foundry and Machine Company, and John Barrett vs. the Hemingray Glass Manufacturing Company. The case of Charles Lang against the French Steam Dye Works was dismissed. |
