In the estate of M. Carroll H. McAbee, who died February 26, 1947, petition for partial distribu­tion of assets was approved yesterday by Judge Joseph H. Davis, Mary V. McCabe [sic] McAbee (Mrs. Walter Luple) and Maude E. Blackstone, legatees, were each ordered paid sums of [dollar:$12,500]. Previously they had each been paid [dollar:$5,000], and 2,500 shares of capital stock of the Owens-Illinois Glass Company were transferred to each.
