PAID TOO MUCH TAXES.

An order determining inheritance tax on the estate of the late M. Carroll H. McAbee, who died Feb. 26, 1947, was entered in cir­cuit court Monday by Judge Joseph H. Davis. The order showed an overpayment of [dollar:$2,743.13] in in­heritance taxes. The tax due was listed at [dollar:$49,070.68], and it was shown that [dollar:$51,813.81] had been paid.
