Too much taxes paid for Carroll McAbee estate

PAID TOO MUCH TAXES.

An order determining inheritance tax on the estate of the late M. Carroll H. McAbee, who died Feb. 26, 1947, was entered in cir­cuit court Monday by Judge Joseph H. Davis. The order showed an overpayment of $2,743.13 in in­heritance taxes. The tax due was listed at $49,070.68, and it was shown that $51,813.81 had been paid.
