MUNCIE, IND.

By Walt Claspell.

Well, brothers, I haven't much to write this time and much less to say. Everything is going along smoothly at the Hemingray Glass Co. There is at the present time a better spirit of co-operation between the management and the brothers than for the past twenty years. The new manager is away at this writing, leaving his brother to take care of things. The spirit of distrust and uneasiness which some of the brothers felt at the time when the change of management took place, has disappeared. The brothers all have confidence in the new management and co-operation is the watchword of the day.

Mr. Ray Elmwood, the new manager, is doing everything in his power to make things better for the brothers and is getting in return the very best efforts of the brothers and things are in a better condition today than they have been for many years and no doubt the Elmwoods, Ray and Guy, will make some big changes in this place, and believe me, there is room for improvement to.

The company is enjoying a good business at present, especially on No. 40's. They have nine shops on that particular insulator.

Hoping all the Flints enjoyed their Thanksgiving, and wishing them a Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year, I'll close.
