Sale in Arroyo Seco

 

A tract of one and a quarter acres in the Arroyo Seco near the junction of East Thirty-third and Lacey streets, was bought by J. A. Bauer of Kentucky at reported price of $13,000. He will erect a factory for making pottery ware of special design, also insulators for electric wires. The Whitcomb company sold the land.
