NEWTOWN. -- The Newtown Porcelain Works has been organized by officials of the Imperial Porcelain Company, Trenton, N. J., to take over the plant of the Newtown China Company, and operate the works for the manufacture of electric porcelain goods. The plant will be run as a branch of the main plant at Trenton. The Imperial company is also arranging for the erection of a new plant at Neptune City, N. J., with initial operations to employ about 200 people. Frederick A. Duggan and B. B. Dinsmore are heads of the company.
