GOULD INC. and Brown Boveri & Co. Ltd, have announced the formation of a U. S. joint venture partnership to operate the business presently conducted by Gould's Electrical Systems Group in the United States. The joint venture will operate under the name Gould-Brown Boveri and will be headquartered at Gould Center, Rolling Meadows.
