Imperial Porcelain Works leasing Newtown, PA plant; Shaw Insulator Co. has incorporated

The Fallonite Co., Newark, N. J., manufacturer of emery wheels, has leased the large pottery plant formerly occupied by the Imperial Porcelain Co. at Newtown, Pa. The company is planning for extensive improvements to the pottery, including the erection of an additional kiln, and negotiations are under way for the aquirement of property adjoining the plant for the proposed extensions.

The Shaw Pottery Co., Trenton, N. J., has been incorporated with a capital of $50,000, to engage in the manufacture of porcelain. Jonas A. Fuld, James Shaw, and Enoch Montford, Trenton, are the incorporators.
