The Barberton Pottery, at Barberton, Ohio, which was put in the hands of a receiver, has been purchased by the Akron High Potential Porcelain Company, who will operate the same on high potential and common insulators. Mr. A. L. Dyke, formerly of New Cumberland, W. Va., is the general manager of the new concern.

The Bell Pottery Company at Columbus, Ohio, has been placed in the hands of a receiver. The plant has only been running half time for some little time past.
