Strike in Trenton Porcelain Plants.
TRENTON, N. J., April 2. -- This city's ten electrical porcelain plants were closed today by a strike of 1,000 employes who seek a new scale of wages. The strike was declared after the men had refused to accept a compromise that would have given them the highest pay in the country for work of similar character. |
