ASSIGNEE'S SALE.

ON Monday, 25th instant, at 10 o'clock, A. M., will be sold all the stock on hand of Wm. Hemingray, at his late stand, corner of 4th and Smithfield streets, to wit: — A lot of assorted Confectionary, Coffee, Tea. Pepper, Starch, Mustard, Allspice, Sperm Candles, Cavendish Tobacco, Loaf Sugar, Chocolate, Champaign Wine, Raisins, Cigars, Figs, Filberts, Ground Nuts, Walnuts, Almonds, Rice, Castile Soap, 10 half barrels Pickled Pork, 1 hogshead of Sugar, 20 cords of Wood, 2 casks Cider Vinegar, 1 pair Patent Scales, Brass Scales and Weights, Glass Jars, Wrapping Paper, &.c.
